Return policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Landfall purchase! Our upcycled sail bags are made to last and we will gladly repair or replace any bag that doesn’t meet that standard.

Landfall has a 14 day return policy on all online orders. To be eligible for return your item must be returned within two weeks of receipt, unused and with original tags. Please email emma@landfallleatherworks to coordinate your return. Once your return is received we will notify you and process a refund automatically credited to your card.

Shipping

We offer flat rate $10 standard USPS ground shipping on domestic orders. Orders over $75 receive free shipping always. Orders should be expected to arrive 2-5 days after ship date. You will receive and automatic email with tracking information when you order has shipped.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We highly encourage using a shipping service that offers tracking as returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until receipt is confirmed by Landfall.
