Return policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Landfall purchase! Our bags are made from upcyled, used sailcloth that has some innate wear and tear. This means some degradation of the fabric is normal, but if any workmanship fails we will gladly repair or replace any bag within a year of purchase. Please reach out with any concerns.
Landfall has a 14 day return policy on all online orders. To be eligible for return your item must be returned within two weeks of receipt, unused and with original tags. Please email emma@landfallleatherworks to coordinate your return. Once your return is received we will notify you and process a refund automatically credited to your card.
Shipping
We offer flat rate $10 standard USPS ground shipping on domestic orders. Orders over $100 receive free shipping always. Orders should be expected to arrive 2-5 days after ship date. You will receive and automatic email with tracking information when you order has shipped.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We highly encourage using a shipping service that offers tracking as returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until receipt is confirmed by Landfall.
